She has consulted and collaborated with leading historians and worked on several exhibitions at the Geffrye Museum, some include: History of Tea - The Etiquette of Tea Drinking; Christmas Past - A Georgian and Victorian Christmas; The Servant Exhibition - A Servant Problem, a series of micro dramas.

Maria has worked for Historical Royal Palaces as a period movement director and etiquette advisor on several productions including, TimePlays at Hampton Court for the 500th Anniversary, a series of
site-specific micro dramas.

❝ Maria’s Learn how to be a Regency Dandy or an Austen Lady session for adults was well planned and fitted extremely well into the themes of the Geffrye Museum. The workshop was well executed and its interactive nature meant that the participants were able to join in the fun, whilst learning about tea etiquette and other social behaviours of the regency period. It made the subject come alive and the group really enjoyed the experience ❞
